Nine members and supporters walked behind the Changing Attitude Ireland banner in Dublin Gay Pride Parade on Saturday 25th June 2011. This was CAI’s first participation in Dublin Pride. We express our thanks to those who took part. Well done.
In The Irish Times Monday 27 June 2011 correspondent Kitty Holland wrote: ‘In its 28th year, the Gay Pride Parade is now surpassed only by the St Patrick’s Day, and only in terms of numbers.’ ‘Other participants included Changing Attitude (Ireland), working for recognition of gays in the Church of Ireland.’
